By combining standardised housing products with streamlined approval and delivery processes, the program seeks to provide homes and key worker accommodation more quickly, efficiently and consistently for Queensland communities and health facilities.

Fennec Studio's team contributed to the development of siting and planning guidance that informed the preliminary design stages of the program for over 350 sites . Working across a diverse range of housing typologies, locations and stakeholder requirements, the project focused on translating planning, urban design and site-specific considerations into practical guidance that could support efficient project delivery.
