Located on Hercules Street, the project contributes to the ongoing transformation of former industrial land into a vibrant urban neighbourhood that supports living, working and recreation.

Fennec Studio's team contributed to the landscape design and development approval process, helping shape a subtropical public realm that complements the architectural vision and enhances the everyday residential experience. The landscape response focused on creating welcoming communal spaces, integrating planting throughout the podium and recreation levels, and strengthening connections between residents, visitors and the surrounding precinct.

Drawing inspiration from the site's industrial heritage and Brisbane's subtropical lifestyle, the design balances-built form with landscape to support a more liveable and connected urban environment. Planting, communal recreation spaces and activated ground plane uses work together to create opportunities for social interaction and outdoor living.
